This study will follow up individuals who participated in the Transition and Wellbeing Research Programme in 2015. Aims to understand how systems and services can adequately manage and support significant mental disorder and suicidal risk among veterans. Utilising surveys, interviews and data linkage, we will investigate how DVA, Defence and broader healthcare services provide care and support to veterans at risk of significant mental health burden and/or suicidality. Understand the barriers and facilitators veterans to may experience in accessing services and supports.
